Locum | Nurse Practitioner Family Practice

Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and any clean state license. Shifts will be Four 10-hour shifts. Preference to local candidate. Will see 14-18 patients per day, depending on the day and patient population is ages 6 months to adults. Must be comfortable with Well-visits, preventative medicine, family practice, cold/flu, chronic disease maintenance.
