Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire Service Advisors to guide customers through the entire auto maintenance/repair process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service appointments and more. Auto Dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred.

Essential Duties - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the entire auto maintenance/repair process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule appointments for service and more
• Greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services including special promotions
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Other duties may be assigned
  
  

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor and/or Dealership experience is preferred
• Automotive operational knowledge preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Good computer skills and work ethic
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
