Looking for an individual who has experience with SERVICE TITAN in high-volume dispatching. 30+ technicians

Need for the candidate to come from service-based industry instead of transportation.

As a dispatcher, get to learn the entire business and be moved into another industry if interested

Has to find someone who is super excited about challenges and that need to be followed through with (gets to set up process)

Description:

  • Answer Incoming Customer and Technician Phone Calls/Electronic Messages
  • Schedule and Coordinate all Service Calls in order to Dispatch Drivers & Service Technicians via Computer Based Dispatch Program (Service Titan) & Phone
  • Manage Workflow and Create Schedules – Oversee and Facilitate the process of the Service Appointment
  • Analyze & Solve any Issues impacting Technicians/Customers during the Process – Strategically work w/ Technicians to ensure Customers receive 5 Star Service
  • Point of Communication between Customers and Technicians throughout the Process
  • Update System Databases with Customer and Job Info in Real-Time
  • Monitor Operational Reports
  • Ensure Jobs are Complete and/or Report Additional Work Needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience with Service Titan Software
  • Min 3-5 years of experience as Dispatcher/CSR in FAST-Paced Environment
  • Open Availability (Majority of Hours are M-F, but MUST be available for Weekend and On-Call Shifts as Needed)
  • Septic Experience/Knowledge a HUGE PLUS
  • Advanced Customer Service Skills w/ Extremely Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
  • Ability to be SOLUTION Oriented, Patient & Empathic
  • Excellent Oral/Written Communication & Interpersonal Skills with a “CAN DO” Attitude
  • Organized & Deadline Oriented
  • IT Competent & Extremely Proficient w/ Phone Systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • QuickBooks Experience
  • Excellent Map/Logistic Skills (Geographical Knowledge of Service Area)
  • Demonstrate STRONG Skill Set in Organization, Attention to Detail, Ability to Handle Pressure, and Problem Solving
