Sales Executive/Sales Territory Manager - Remote Looking for East Coast Territory experience *Person must have existing network or book of business there* This will be a Remote position with Quarterly travel to Tempe. Although it is remote we highly prefer someone from the East Coast. Work Hours & Benefits. Base annual salary $70,000 - $90,000 (Upper end for more of a manager type, lower end for a Sr IC) Uncapped commission $200K - $1M potential (On target between 380-425K) Remote position but will have to occasionally make client and customer visits Potential 25% travel Medical, dental, vision and 401K We are looking for an experienced, competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive/Sales Manger to join our Solar Module B2B sales team and grow the company together. As our Sales Executive your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable solar module B2B sales strategy across the US. You will set annual sales goals for the company and work towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers. Sales Executive duties and responsibilities Identify and sell prospects, maintaining client relationships. Identify business opportunities, evaluate prospects, and research sales options. Establish contact with prospects and recommend solutions. Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities. Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media. Investigate leads thoroughly before contacting. Attend workshops, review publications, and network to stay updated. Prepare and deliver product and service presentations. Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences. Negotiate deals, handle complaints, and collaborate with the team. Gather customer feedback and report to management. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Maintain service quality and contribute to team efforts. Negotiate contracts and work towards sales targets. Additional Duties if Leading the Sales Team: Identify key sales KPIs and review performance. Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives. Collaborate on a business plan to increase revenue and attract prospects. Ensure team meets sales goals with incentives. Promote product knowledge and quality customer service. Track daily sales, prepare reports, and provide training. Leverage professional networks to improve relationships. Review pricing and commission structures for competitiveness. Create and implement robust sales goals. Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications: 3+ years of B2B solar module sales experience as a Sales Executive. 5+ years of overall solar module sales experience. Proven track record of successful deals. Proficiency in telemarketing and digital marketing. Strong MS Office, CRM, and BRM tool skills. Ownership mentality and performance pride. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Team player with excellent leadership skills. Effective time management and self-motivation. Resilience and strong interpersonal communication. Ability to influence, negotiate, and demonstrate commercial awareness. Numerical skills and passion for achieving sales targets. Commercial awareness Numerical skills.
