Machine/Dryer Operator Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Handles product, paperwork and maintains equipment associated with the Drying process
Set up to run product
Run sanitizer through product lines
Install spays combination and hook up spray lines
Dryer checks and clean wells
Watch inlet, exhaust temp, vacuum, homogenizer pressures (adjust accordingly)
Check scales, fill bags and totes
Inspect dryer for mechanical problems
Knowledge in recording charts, Make sure it is reading accurately
Mechanical problem solving
Machine/Dryer Operator Shift Info
Swing and Graveyard Shift
Monday - Friday
Machine/Dryer Operator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Work in hot and cold conditions
Mechanically Inclined
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to work in the US
Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting
Complete knowledge in sifting and processing and dryer
Able to lift 50 pounds
Dependable and trustworthy
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
