Group Travel Coordinator

A progressive Group Travel Coordinator is needed to expand our team.

In addition to helping with incoming inquiries about group-related reservations and requests, the Group Travel Coordinator is in charge of presenting package alternatives and closing deals. The Coordinator needs to be able to anticipate booking demands, increase client engagement, explain product expertise, and upsell using their understanding of the market.

The group travel coordinator must be cheerful and personable, possess outstanding customer service abilities, establish a professional rapport with all clients, including travel partners, be able to handle financial contracts, and meet predetermined objectives.

Requirements:

• Provide group quotes to customers in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all responsibilities related to large numbers of arriving groups, individual reservations, and requests for specific products.
• Answers calls from guests and travel partners about groups
• Help customers with inquiries on the resort, features, group menus, event space, etc.
• Follow up on group quotes by sending customers a proposal.

Qualifications:

• Excellent listening, writing, and speaking abilities strong ability to follow up
• Excellent listening abilities Capacity to effectively qualify inquiries
• Strong computer skills and the ability to operate in a remote atmosphere are required.
• Must be a United States Citizen
