AtWork Personnel is looking for a versatile person to work at a production facility in Wilson, NC. Your main job will be engaging with customers, managing outbound shipments and leading small production team to fulfill customer orders in a timely fashion.
Duties Include
Lead production personnel in daily tasks, set as required.
Be versed in all the activities require for shipment, ship station, inventory updates. Etc.
Resolve with customer service issues on Mountian2Metals (M2M) as required
Assist in Miscellaneous purchases of supplies for production; bring shortage to the attention of team
Assist in EBay returns as required
Assemble and pack products as needed to fulfill customer shipments
Drive to post office or UPS/Fedex drop off points to ship off packages after pick time.
Weekly and monthly reports made available for M2M
Keep the online ecommerce platform updated as required with new products and do maintenance as required.
Stay current with new product introductions and off incite as required.
Keep work area organized
Skills:
Good Communications Skills, must be able to work with customers through their issues, keeping in mind that they feel right or wrong that they are generally correct.
Email fluent in responding to customers and associates in a timely and professional manner.
Knowledge of production, shipping and receiving processes is a plus
Word Documents will be required to write letters and procedures etc.
Internet savvy in researching issues and problems
Versed in excel spreadsheets.
Pay Rate is $17 - $18
