Position Title: Production – 1st Shift

\nWage: $19.00 per hour
\n
\nShift: 1st
\n
\nHours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
\n

\nProduction Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
\n- Prep product for packaging by taking off the meat from the chicken carcass by cutting, trimming, and slicing before placing on moving conveyer according to the product type
\n- Separate product when coming down a conveyer line into a bundle of two or more specified by order to be placed on trays and packaged for shipment
\n- Perform quality control of the products
\n- Prep and make boxes of different sizes
\n- Put the product in the boxes, weigh it, tape the box, and print off a label to be placed on the outer edge of the box
\n- Place the box onto a conveyer line to be sent to the shipping department         
\n- Operate forklift or electric pallet jack to move the pallets to the waiting area or truck beds for shipment
\n
\nProduction Requirements:
\n- Able to stand for duration of shift      
\n- Able to bend, twist and reach throughout shift      
\n- Able to lift up to 70lbs
\n- Able to work in 35–40-degree temperatures
\n- Previous production experience is production preferred
\n- Ability to work in a fast paced and repetitive environment
\n- Strong attention to detail
