```Role
As a Depot Supervisor (also known as Operations Manager, Warehouse Supervisor), you will coordinate and manage all depot activities. This includes providing leadership to depot employees, ensuring safety, meeting KPIs, and utilizing Lean Manufacturing/5S principles to improve quality, productivity, safety, and cost. You'll also work closely with team leaders, spearhead defect elimination, and optimize workforce utilization.
