- Answering incoming calls, processing payments and service requests in a fast paced busy office environment. Waiting on walk in customers either by processing payments or taking request for any type of service order.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by learning in house tools and methods
- Handle customer inquiries about service and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
