Full-Time Sales Professional

We are looking for a top-notch full-time Law Firm Sales Rep to join our team and work directly with the CEO and attorneys to support the team and onboard new clients. We are an enterprising estate planning and elder law firm that is growing rapidly.

We need a bright, dedicated, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience. You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. You must have the right combination of sales, customer service skills, and the ability to identify the client's needs.

Real-life experiences and understanding are assets. The Client Consultant doesn’t give legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience are required.

We are looking for a team player with drive, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business. The person we hire must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day. Capable of utilizing simple programs to track, manage, and convert more prospects into clients.

$75,000+ Performance-Based and Full Benefits Package!

The first 90 days of employment is a probationary period and you will be considered a temporary employee.

There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for outstanding performance and meeting established goals and milestones. 

Compensation:

$75,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

The position will entail sales, customer service responsibilities, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be able to discuss big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity, plus be very comfortable with following up with prospects who have contacted the firm.  Excellent organizational skills are a must.

  • Screen and complete intake of potential new clients via multiple inquiry channels in a timely manner
  • Conduct all initial in-person, video, or telephonic consults with prospective clients in all three locations
  • Show evidence of successful sales conversion rates (we need someone who can convert 60% of new prospective clients to sold status)
  • Complete all follow-up calls and follow-through meetings with prospective clients who did not hire the Firm
  • Assist Marketing Coordinator with lead activities and marketing initiatives
  • Prospect for referral partners and new clients
  • Report weekly conversion rates to the supervisor
  • Stay updated on the industry trends
  • Community Networking
  • Lead monthly Webinars/Seminars in a PowerPoint presentation
  • Track KPIs
Qualifications:
  • Build relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during a difficult time
  • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting the value
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Think on their toes and not be discouraged when things don’t go as planned
  • Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like estate planning) or long-term care planning
  • Treat a call or meeting at 4:00 on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning
  • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
  • Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrity
  • Be tech-savvy (we use specialized cloud-based software)
  • Excellent Time management
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Knowledge of estate planning concepts and services is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
