Your work will have a direct impact on the overall growth and profitability of the business.

Your Impact:

As the Corporate Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role within our Corporate Accounting organization. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Corporate Accounting Operations in the following key areas for our portfolio of businesses:


1. Transaction Processing: Collaborate with the Corporate Accounting team to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions, such as banking, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, facilitating the monthly close process.

2. Internal Controls: Execute processes to ensure effective operation of internal controls, with a focus on Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable transactions. Assist in the design, implementation, and review of new company processes and procedures to support business growth, including process documentation.

3. Monthly Closing: Reconcile balance sheet accounts and subsidiary ledgers, including Debt, Fixed Assets, Intangibles, Accrued Liabilities, Gift Card Liabilities, and Accounts Receivable. Perform reconciliation of POS and Ecommerce sales and fees.

4. ERP/Finance Systems: Gain proficiency in the organization's ERP and Finance systems, such as NetSuite, POS, Ecommerce, Expense Reporting, and ERP system. Contribute to driving automation, efficiency, and scalability initiatives across the portfolio of businesses.


Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a successful candidate who possesses the following qualities:


Attention to Detail: Demonstrate great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks and deliverables.

Communication and Organization Skills: Possess strong communication and organization skills, enabling effective collaboration within a dynamic team.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Exhibit the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve effectively.

Self-starter mentality: Ability to take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Task Management: Comfortably manage multiple tasks, balancing priorities to meet deadlines.

Accounting Experience: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Industry experience in hotel, lodging, restaurants, and public accounting.

· Full-cycle accounting experience with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvement.

· Track record of successful cross-team collaboration and driving cross-organizational changes.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accounting or Finance degree.

· Advanced knowledge of Excel.
