Position Overview:
Service Technician

We're looking to grow our service department by filling Service Technician positions in our fast growing ag dealership.  Experience is preferred; extensive initial training is provided specific to our equipment lines.  On-going training is required with progression to Master Tech Certified status expected. 

Automotive trained mechanics are encouraged to apply!

Pay:
  • Up to $35 / hour
  • Monthly tool allowance (up to $150 per month)

Annual Year End Bonus
  • Up to 15% of annual salary - Sales/Goal based

Benefits
  • Health Insurance Coverage after 60 Days – Employer pays 80% of individual plan
  • Stifel IRA after 1 year – Employer matches contributions up to 3%
  • Aflac – coverage offered but not supplemented by employer

Hours:
                Off-Season          Mon – Fri                             8:00 am to 5:00 pm
                In-Season            Mon – Fri                             8:00 am to 6:00 pm
                On-Call                Weekends                           Seasonally (Planting/Harvest)
