ThinkGrow is looking for the perfect Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This position is located in our Pueblo West, Colorado warehouse and does not have the comforts of remo


The Warehouse Clerk role provides direct operational support to the Warehouse and Retail team, facilitating the receiving, storage, and transfer of materials. This includes receiving, inspection, verification and storage of all product deliveries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stocks & maintains a secure, orderly, cost-effective warehouse under guidance of Warehouse manager and leadership team
• Manages inventory levels to ensure crews have material to meet installation needs, maintaining cycle count accuracy
• Calculates, picks & stages all necessary materials to meet installation goals
• Loads & unloads trucks/vehicles both mechanically with a forklift & manually, if required
• Oversees receiving and verifies freight against receiving documentation, noting discrepancies and/or damage and report findings
• Manages auditable records including but not limited to packing slips, pick lists, Inventory System Journal Entries, job close-out paperwork, warehouse safety audits, etc., ensuring documents are easily retrievable on demand
• Maintains a clean, safe, & orderly workplace, free of obstructions & hazards.
• Ensures the security and proper management of the warehouse equipment and materials received and stored
• Schedules maintenance for install and audit vehicles, as needed
• Responsible for inventory control procedures
• Responsible for following all handling and storage plans and procedures
• Maintains complete and accurate safety & hazmat records and complies with all appropriate standards
• Maintain maintenance compliance for forklifts and moving equipment for proper functioning and maintenance
• Reviews and approves all related appropriate departmental vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Other duties as assigned. Understands and demonstrates ThinkGrow's Core Values.

In addition to these duties the candidate will possess the following abilities:
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills
• Must be self-disciplined and motivated
• Employee needs to be able to communicate effectively with multiple vendors while performing job efficiently
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly verbalize vendor's needs to management.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Must demonstrate high level of teamwork by jumping in and assisting team with workload when necessary
• Must be able to travel when needed and live within the market
• Ability to operate a forklift and adhere to all safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license



PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

While performing the duties of this job, an employee will be required to bend, stoop, kneel, climb 1 story of stairs, utilize step stools, and reach for parts. Employee will be required to operate hand controls, use their hands and fingers to grip with pressure, twist and while rotating or bending at the wrist, and keep their fingers or wrist in prolong positions of flexion or extension. Standing up to 8+ hours per shift and sitting may be required for long periods of time. All of these physical requirements may be repeated often, throughout the day. Employees will be required and to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently and to lift or maneuver up to 100 pounds, with assistance, if needed. Frequently use safety equipment such as a hard hat and safety vest; work in areas not well ventilated such as utility vaults; work outdoors or work on uneven ground or floor spaces. Must be able to work in all weather conditions; will infrequently be required to work around disagreeable odors or fumes and outdoors in cold below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The employee may be required to work alone, in heat over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, around moving vehicles, with step stools or ladders, dust greater than a nuisance, chemicals such as Styrofoam, glue or solvents. May be required to work weekends, any day of the week both night and day as needed. Available for after hour emergency response.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma or GED required
• A minimum of two years relevant warehouse experience
• Must be able to safely operate a forklift.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain a certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Inventory planning systems experience encouraged; QuickBooks/Intuit Desktop Knowledge a plus.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills related to people and inventory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Must have a clean MVR and process a CO Driver’s License
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and driving screen
