ServiceMaster is seeking a Floor Tech with experience operating buffer and extractor equipment. Duties include cleaning and maintaining all floor surface types as well as helping with our janitorial crews. This is an evening position, Mon-Sun with flexible hours between 6pm and 4am. $15-$17 per hour; depending on experience, with benefits.

- Perform all floor cleaning and maintenance duties for facilities using ServiceMaster provided tools and procedures
- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, shampoo carpets, stripping, waxing, buffing. moving furniture, disinfect floors with sanitizer, spot cleaning, cleaning of elevators and stairs
- Possess a thorough understanding of buffing, stripping floors , waxing, and identifying different flooring types.
- Ability to operate various floor equipment and machinery, like buffers, extractors, low-speed rotary or 175 RPM
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 55 lbs.
- Experience as a floor tech is highly desired but not required
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
