We are seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and implementing a curriculum to meet students collective and individual needs.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow a comprehensive curriculum
- Meeting the needs of the whole child
- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
- Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
- Communicate with parents verbally and written (electronic daily reports)
- Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
- CDA a plus but will pay for teachers to receive a CDA with promissory note
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- 18 years and older
- High school dilpoma or GED a must
