Work Hours: Monday - Friday: (10am - 2pm or 1pm - 5 pmEST)

Location: Fully Remote

Requirements:

• High-speed Internet
• Personal Computer (Mac or Windows) - no tablet/chromebooks

• Ability to follow a provided script and improvise
• Record and document call outcomes & relevant information

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
• Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their potential fit with our offerings
• Engage in persuasive and professional conversations to present product features, benefits, and solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead status
• Collaborate with the team to optimize strategies, share insights, and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Continuously update knowledge of services and programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches
