Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team and contribute to the optimization and growth of our salesforce environment.

Position Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator at BS&A, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of our salesforce platform. This is a key role that bridges the gap between technology and functionality for our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and drive successful Salesforce-centric projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Build and maintain key dashboards and report to ensure accurate and timely updates on performance of GTM team
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data cleansing, validation rules, and duplicate management. Assist in data migration and integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Design and implement automation using workflows, process builder and Flow to improve operation efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
  • Work closely with IT and external vendors to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business applications. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enforce security settings, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and handbook.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices for security and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to understand evolving business requirements and drive innovation through Salesforce capabilities.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to explore the full potential of Salesforce.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems or Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Administrator Preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security features.
  • Knowledge with Apex, Visualforce, and Lighting components is Preferred.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a diverse audience, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, forging strong partnerships and achieving common goals.
  • Display a proactive mindset, adapting seamlessly to change in business, technology, and organization requirements.
