Plumbing Service Supervisor

Willis Mechanical is seeking an experienced commercial/industrial Service Plumber looking for the next step in their career. This individual will work to estimate, sell, manage, and complete service plumbing jobs while actively leading our plumbing team. This plumber will work as a Plumber and a Supervisor.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

• 10+ years experience in commercial/industrial Service Plumbing
• High-quality standards in workmanship
• Ability to estimate, manage, and complete all types of Service Plumbing jobs
• Skilled in communication and customer service
• A passing pre-employment drug screening and participation in a drug-free workplace
• Has a current driver’s license and an impeccable driving record
• Capacity to lead a team
• Local Union 72 membership or willingness and ability to join Local Union 72
• Experience in sales is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates degree or higher
• Weld/Braze Certification
• OSHA 30 Certification

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, working a normal schedule of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, plus on-call duties. Work will typically be Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, but can change daily based on customer needs. Standby duties are required for this position. Overtime and irregular hours are frequent. Daily travel to service locations in the greater Atlanta, GA area is required.

Salary:

Scale or higher, depending on experience
