The Fountain Trust Company, a $679 million-dollar community bank with 16 locations in west-central Indiana, is searching for a motivated professional to join our Loan team. This is a full-time position located at our branch in Covington, IN.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Call on new and existing customers
- Evaluate needs of potential customers
- Underwrite and analyze potential business
- Build productive, long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meetings, sales events and training
- Maintain and expand client base
- Report and provide feedback to management
Skills Required
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven and efficient
- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure to meet certain deadlines
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. Related banking or sales experience may also be accepted.
