Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their homes or residential facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the nursing team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering a warm and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our clients.
• Adhere to BrightStar Care's high standards of care and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA License.
• CPR certification.
• TB
• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass the department of human services maltreatment registry check.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
