Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their homes or residential facilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the nursing team.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering a warm and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our clients.
- Adhere to BrightStar Care's high standards of care and ethical practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA License.
- CPR certification.
- TB
- Valid drivers license.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass the department of human services maltreatment registry check.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
