Role Summary:
We're seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team and positively impact our clients' lives. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a vital role in enhancing individuals' independence and well-being in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care based on individual care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support physical well-being through mobility assistance and exercises
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients through light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging activities
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as required
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic care for each client

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience in caregiving, either professionally or personally
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to provide personal care and assistance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if necessary
