Job Schedule: Dayshift and nightshift

Hourly Rate: Negotiable

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises

- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activity

- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety

- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid CPR and First Aid certificates

- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field

- Knowledge of surveillance techniques, loss prevention strategies, and conflict management

- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
