Plant Supervisor

As an Area Leader (also known as Operations Manager, Production Supervisor), you'll have the opportunity to develop your team, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure safety and quality in various areas such as assembly, finishing, metal fabrication, machining, press operations, and welding. This role involves leading all operations on the 2nd shift, driving continuous improvement, and exceeding customer expectations through people management and development.

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Business or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medium/high volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with lean tools and concepts.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, basic problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, along with proven leadership capabilities.
• Advanced understanding of process control and production scheduling.
