Responsibilities
  • Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish client trust and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from warm leads, internet leads, and cold-calling to gain new clientele.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Implement win-back strategies to re-engage with lapsed clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
  • With our tiered commission structure, candidates can end up making between $55,000 - $75,000 (selling 20-30 items per month).

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License OR Personal Lines License required.
  • 1+ years of any previous sales experience. Insurance experience is a BONUS.
  • Basic computer software knowledge.
  • Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit phone time quotas and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
  • Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
