Role Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Nevada and positively influence the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting independence and overall well-being in the comfort of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customized care in accordance with individual care plans
• Aid in daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Promote physical health through aiding mobility and facilitating exercises
• Prepare healthy meals and offer feeding assistance when required
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld in clients' residences
• Offer companionship and emotional solace through interactive pastimes
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as necessary
• Record provided care and report any alterations to the supervisor
• Work with the care team to guarantee comprehensive care for every client

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to provide personal care and assistance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if required
