Period of Performance: June 2024 through May 2029

Position Summary: MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Electronics Technician (SECRET CLEARANCE).  The Electronics Technician will be supporting the government at Carlisle Barracks, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with various electronic equipment and systems.
• Works with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) equipment and radio systems.
• Programming of equipment and setup and use of test equipment to verify systems, testing, installing equipment, installing cabling (coax and power), and associated systems.
• Familiar with commercial and Type 1 encryption systems and integration into various equipment.
• May also troubleshoot and repair faults in HVAC, generators, and amplifiers for the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) classified and unclassified communication systems.
• 100% on site position.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience

Qualifications:  Associate degree in Electronics or another related field

Clearance:    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an Active United States Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
