Job Description
Volkswagen of Mandevillehas experienced rapid growth in the last two years and is seeking a qualified Lube Tech. While we are continuing to make changes in shop appearance and shop equipment (including adding A/C to the shop soon), we are looking for Quick Lube Technicians that are comfortable turning wrenches and looking to work for a family-owned business where you’re more than a number, you are family!
**This position is for someone who has previous experience in Quick Lube
We will consider someone with limited experience under right circumstances.

Responsibilities
Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
Complete vehicle inspection
Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
Qualifications
Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
Basic computer skills.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
