AWS Data Engineer(Remote) & (GC or USC only)

TEKsystems Global Services has an opportunity for a data engineer to join their team and this role will be 100% remote. This will be working within an AWS cloud environment.

Description: Need AWS Certified Data Engineer

The data engineer will be utilized for their cloud expertise.

Gathering the project requirements and developed traits and classes in Python and implemented business logic by using PySpark language.

Experience writing python based API's.

Experience with bug-fixes in production environment.

Working loading CSV/TXT/AVRO/PARQUET files using Python in Spark framework and process data by creating Spark data frames.

Practical experience with Cloud methodologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), automation, orchestration, trends and industry-leading cloud vendor offerings

working in DevOps team/organizations with applied Agile development practices

designing, building, and automating solutions utilizing AWS services such as IAM, Glue, Lambda, S3, Athena, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS, EMR, ECS, Route 53 and Redshift.

Experience working with cloud automation tools such as Terraform.

Experience in building CI/CD pipeline and test automation in tools like Jenkins, GIT and/or AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild/CodeDeploy

Ability to develop and troubleshoot with Python including Boto3 library.

Strong technical documentation skills, ability to clearly capture key information within Jira and Confluence
