Job Title: Pest Control Service Specialist, Wood River Valley (must live within 25 miles)

 

Company: Orkin Pest Control/Sawyer, Inc.


Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards and service-oriented culture
  • Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various clients, vendors, and co-workers
  • Learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operations of a pest control service route
  • Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each client
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet client needs for a complete pest management program
  • Serve as a problem solver for your client by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each client’s needs
  • Complete all required service-related documentation and utilize your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High degree of professionalism with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in a multi-managed working environment
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and not afraid of healthy competition
  • Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
  • Ability to write clear, concise communications: excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
  • Safely use a ladder
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather and temperature conditions
  • Obtain and maintain required state licensing
  • Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
