Job Title: Data Center PODS Maintenance Worker

Job Location: Pyote, Texas

Job Type: 1099 Contractor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Fabricate and weld components as needed

- Supervise contractors during maintenance and repair projects

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems

Requirements:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

- Experience with electrical systems, including logic controllers

- Ability to supervise contractors and effectively communicate maintenance needs

- Proficient in using CMMS software to track maintenance activities

- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

- Ability to fabricate and weld components as needed

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
