The duties and responsibilities of a Banquet Set Up Staff Member are generally to ensure our space is put together to provide the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Here are some examples:
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relay important information to the appropriate person.
- Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
- Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour based on experience
