Reporting to the F&B leadership team, the food runner will ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the guest in a timely manner as well as assisting the servers with food service as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing and beverage refills and delivery
• Strong knowledge of the food menu, wine list and mixed drinks list
• Confidence in answering any guest questions regarding the menus
• Communicating relevant information to the servers
• Participate in all aspects of the dining room service as needed
• Ensure that side stations are adequately stocked and clean
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Food service experience required
• Experience working in high-end hotel outlets environment strongly preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to embody and impart the Loren’s unique culture to all associates
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
