Our company is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a vital role in influencing our company's financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the company's financial health. This role offers an opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing finance team and collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including expense management, revenue cycle management, and cost management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance.
- Oversee all tax reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is required.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
- Experience in public accounting is preferred.
- Experience with income tax preparation is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
