CFO Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including expense management, revenue cycle management, and cost management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance.
• Oversee all tax reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is required.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience in public accounting is preferred.
• Experience with income tax preparation is a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
