Doron Precision Systems, Inc. is a world leader in driving simulation systems and now has an opening for a full-time Field Service Technician in the South East.
2-3 years Experience reading blue prints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings strongly preferred as well as experience with the use of crimping and various hand tools.
Job Duties:
- Travels extensively to customer locations, trade shows and product demonstrations.
- Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs of Company products.
- Oversees and maintains necessary procurement of parts/spares needed for repairs.
- Instructs customer personnel of product operation and provides support to training personnel.
- Analyzes product malfunctions and performs necessary repairs.
- Attends trade shows and product demonstrations to assist in the set-up, tear down and to provide operational and technical support with Company products as requested.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of all necessary reports in a timely manner including expense reports, service reports, customer acceptance reports and other documentation as required.
Doron Precision Systems announced the installation of the first interactive VMTs for training truck drivers, the Driver Analyzer for training and evaluating a driver’s perception, systems for Rehabilitation and Assessment and the 1994 introduction of the interactive VMT transit bus.
The mid 1990’s brought the introduction of the interactive, CGI based AMOS driving simulation system, the Transport 6TM entertainment simulator and the 1999 introduction of Doron’s AMOS IITM second generation CGI based interactive driving simulator.
