Insurance Administrator/Manager

We are seeking an Insurance Administrator/Manager for our oral surgery clinic. This position involves management of our insurance department and the insurance department staff to ensure that all insurance claims are properly coded, processed, reprocessed if needed, and collected; credentialing and negotiating with insurance companies; and working with clients to prepare insurance estimates and providing excellent customer service. .

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in handling all medical office insurance matters.
• Previous experience in medical office credentialing
• Previous experience in negotiating with insurance companies
• Experience in management of others
• Excellent customer service
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
