Job Description
We are seeking a Level II computer engineer to join our growing team of techs and engineers. The right person will be professional, energetic, friendly, and desirous of working with a good team. This position will be responsible for deploying technology with our advanced product stack for efficiency and management. Product testing in the lab setting, and deployment to live systems are required.
Responsibilities
Deploy new computers to users at our client sites. Work with our team of engineers to migrate and implement secure cloud environments for our fast-growing companies and non-profits. Work with our product vendors and senior consultants to continually enhance the efficiency of deployment and management of our endpoints. Coordinate and develop training materials to ensure users have a positive experience with the technology. Support our tech team and end users when issues are escalated beyond level 1 support.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience working in a Help Desk environment or as a system engineer is a plus.
Strong problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and ability to follow procedures is a must. The right person will take pride in helping people and helping the team be as efficient as possible.
