Quality Supervisor

Looking to apply your quality experience in the food industry? Doherty Staffing Solutions is now hiring for a Food Quality Supervisor to work on 2nd shift (2:00pm-12:00am) near Le Sueur, MN. The Quality Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring that food products meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role will oversee and implement quality processes while assisting the Quality Manager in product quality. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $55,000-$70,000 annually, based on skills and experience.

What you'll do as the Quality Supervisor:

• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance 
• Collaborate with production, Quality Manager, and leaders to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

What you'll bring to the Quality Supervisor role:

• Quality leadership experience 
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality management systems.
• Bilingual language skills in Spanish/English are preferred, but not required.
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
