**What You'll Do:**
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and desires
- Provide expert advice on suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Execute precision cuts, creative color applications, and stunning styling
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance your skills
- Foster lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Pay

-$12/hr or 35% of all Service Commission (Greater of the two)

-Tip card means quick access to your tips and other benefits

-Keep all of your tips

-Product commission on every product your sell from day 1

Qualifications:

- Current cosmetology license

- Passion for the beauty industry

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

-Ability to meet and exceed goals

-Willingness to work some weekends
