Quality Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests, measurements and visual inspections to determine the quality of materials, components and assemblies of medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections of all materials and in process products
• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and a working knowledge of GD&T
• Must be able to accurately use calipers, micrometers, optical measuring systems, tensile tester, as well as a variety of hand tools
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and record legibly on company documents
• Perform outgoing shipment verifications
• Experienced working in cleanrooms including proper gowning and cleanliness techniques
• Routinely able to stand or sit for long periods of time (2-3 hours)
• Occasionally able to life up to 40 pounds
• Participate in routine meetings to discuss priorities and improvements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

​​Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher education
• Minimum 3 years working in a manufacturing industry
• Familiar working in an ISO/GMP facility a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
