Position Summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking a Builder Sales Support Admin (BSS Admin) to join our organization. As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division’s sales through handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts. This role is 100% remote, and its primary duties will include managing inbound calls from our Builder customers and managing reports, tickets, voicemails, and cancellations for the Builder Concierge Sales team.

In this role you will:

  • Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call traffic
  • Maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues
  • Serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers’ needs

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and a dedicated and disciplined mindset
  • Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proven ability to stay organized

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer-facing experience
