FORKLIFT OPERATOR!!

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Forklift Operator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. 

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries
- Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks
- Stack and store merchandise in designated areas
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
- Perform daily equipment checks and ensure forklift is in good working condition
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory control by conducting cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Follow quality standards and comply with all company regulations and procedures

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification/license
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience using RF scanning equipment
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
