Call Center Representative (MUST HAVE TWO YEARS EXP.)

Corporate Temps is seeking immediate need for Customer Service Reps in Macon, GA that can work in person between 8am-6pm paying $16/hr Must have clean criminal background and must have 2 plus years of experience in a call center if interested please send mariah@corporatetemps.com We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
