Position Overview: As a Sales Representative in our Paper Products Division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively selling our comprehensive range of paper products. You will leverage your sales expertise to understand customer requirements, propose tailored solutions, and secure new accounts. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing company in the paper products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and businesses, to understand their paper product needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our paper products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the paper products industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of paper products including office paper, packaging materials, specialty papers, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree or above
