Job description
Now hiring a Sales Estimator for a modular wholesale manufacturing company in Burleson, TX. This position will be fully in-person (not remote).
$20/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to adequately understand the requirements of the project at hand.
- Prepare detailed quotes to customers.
- Enhance relationships with customers.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates for commercial modular buildings.
- Work with Factory Engineers to properly quote buildings to meet code requirements.
- Provide support to clients.
- Provide accurate estimates of projects for all customers.
- Follow up on all projects.
- Provide submittals for projects when necessary.
- Price out all change orders and red-line changes
- Provide accurate sales release packages for Engineering.
A successful candidate will:
- Have basic knowledge of construction and buildings codes (modular construction is a plus)
- Have strong attention to details.
- Be well organized and reliable.
- Have willingness to learn.
