Job Description:

As a Commercial Solar Mechanical Lead at RNA Services LLC, you will play a vital role in the installation and leading the mechanical team. You will work closely with our VP of Construction and engineering team during the construction and maintenance of the facility.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the installation and connection of solar PV systems for commercial solar facilities, including inverters, panels, and wiring.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the project team, including supervisors and other laborers, to meet project milestones and objectives.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are equipped with the necessary resources.
  • Ensure compliance with required safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on job sites.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that installations meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to project managers and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction, with a focus on solar installation and project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Knowledge of solar PV systems and installation techniques.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools.
  • Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and use of protective gear.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

 

Job Type: Project-Based. Based at various job sites.

Salary: $30 to 35$ per hour
