Job Description
CAPT associates, working together to produce the highest quality product at a reasonable cost, while maintaining global customer satisfaction, compliance to all regulatory requirements and striving for continual improvement.
We are looking for qualified Production Associates to join our team!
Wages starting at $21.50/hr top out $23.90/hr after 18months of employment!
Also receive an additional $1.50/hr shift premium!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to follow standard operating procedures and have critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to maintain an excellent attendance record.
- Ensure quality through the production process.
- Must have the ability to start off working second or third shift, work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
- Must be able to push, pull, bend, reach and perform repetitive lifting up to 40lbs
- Casting experience is a plus but not necessary.
