Hairstylist

Supercuts is seeking a talented and experienced hairstylist to join our team. As a hairstylist at Supercuts, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while providing exceptional hair styling services to our valued clients.

**Pay:** $12/hr or 35% Service Commission (Greater of the two) and Product Commission and tips - Why Booth Rent when you can get a guaranteed check with no rent due? 

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences
* Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer clients modern and stylish haircuts
* Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable hair care products
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
* Uphold the highest standards of customer service to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for every client
* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and friendly salon environment

**Requirements:**

* Valid cosmetology license
* Ability to learn and grow
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Passion for staying updated on industry trends and techniques
