An A-Line Auto Parts Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily operation of the store. The ideal candidate has at least three (3) years of managerial experience (Retail/Commercial Experience = A Plus!). We are looking for an applicant that displays a willingness to learn new skills to improve job performance, and has the ability to teach, coach, inspire, mentor and empower others. While not necessary, automotive industry knowledge is very welcome.

As a Store Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service for your location.
• Oversee, and be held accountable for, the operation of a store by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, employee management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.
• Help in the employee training process through Company sponsored courses, internet, and On The Job training
• Be responsible for all Company funds allocated to the location, vehicles and equipment assigned to the location.
• Help customers select parts over the telephone. Suggest related sales and refer customers to sales or special offers

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, outstanding interpersonal skills, and openly supports the Company’s goals, values, and policies.
• Have the ability to strive in a face-paced, ever-changing environment
• Be highly motivated to train and learn
• Pass pre-employment qualifications such as a Criminal Background Screening, Motor Vehicle Record Check, Employment Verification, and Functional Capacity Exam/Drug Screen.
