Description:

Our Customer Service Representatives provide high quality customer service to both internal and external clients. The position interacts with customers, in a small contact center environment, responding to inquiries about products and services; and working to resolve customer issues. The position assures quality customer service to internal and external clients; and interacts with customers to provide information, in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist callers by taking claims, providing general information, and offering excellent customer service to policyholders and agents along with other callers.
  • Act quickly in response to customer problems, taking ownership and following through to satisfactory conclusion.
  • Interact professionally and courteously with customers in phone and face to face situations.
  • Remain up-to-date on internal policies and procedures within scope of work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of internal and external people.
  • Provide administrative support when and where needed.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
